Effective training with video lessons/courses?

Greetings! I would like to know how you study in the video format, maybe you would like to talk about some of your teaching methods. It would also be very interesting to read about your learning in general, not just through videos.
Thanks in advance for any replies.

PS I'm not talking about video as the only way to get information.

Nobody learns from video lessons and courses. At best, they get superficial, fleeting knowledge and the illusion of competence.
