I want to study Blockchain technology in order to write a chat based on it. What literature can you suggest on this subject? It is interesting how clients within the network interact with each other, how to make requests, and so on. I want to study this issue in as much detail as possible.

There are only the most basic principles that are common there, about which you can read in every first article about bitcoin / blockchain. How to implement them is everyone's business.
