Editable content on Wordpress, how do you decide?

There is a page, it has a lot of blocks, with phones, emails, short texts. There are many such pages. I was advised to use ACF, or built-in custom fields on each page. And then call get_post_meta. In the admin due to the large number of fields on each page. Looks confusing. How do you solve this problem?
