Eclipse Kepler. Why is there a problem with internet access?
I downloaded a brand new Eclipse Kepler on a brand new PC with Windows 8.1 and immediately rushed to install plugins.
But there was a problem, he did not connect to any repository, there is no access to the Internet.
Google led to the fact that the problem is in the Proxy settings, but the fact is that I have them native.
I have already tried both direct and manual, and updating the JRE, and downloading Eclipse Luna and other assemblies, but it does not help.
The error code itself:
org.eclipse.equinox.p2.core.provisionexception
Unable to read repository at http://download.aptana.com/studio3/plugin/install/content.xml.
