Eclipce doesn't see android device even though adb devices recognizes it?

Actually, the problem is clear from the title. Ubuntu 14.04, I'm trying to run a test case from android sdk on mts 972 phone, it is detected via adb without any problems, 0c1893fbedf9471580a7f7f49032feef.png
but for some reason eclipce stubbornly does not see 7df05d213e7d4d8992780b768c1df3fc.png
it. What could be the reason for this, and how to fix it?
A couple of days ago everything started up fine, since then I haven’t touched anything in the settings, I haven’t flashed the phone, I haven’t reinstalled the system. On the phone, the notification menu no longer shows that the mode for developers is enabled, although there is a checkmark in the settings.

Eclipse is an outdated way. Google recommends Android Studio

Did you touch the target api in the project settings? If the minimum version required for the connected SDK is greater than the android version on the phone, Eclipse will not see it.
