No. not after receiving feedback.
If you have been selling for a long time, then nothing freezes at all, the money is available immediately. If you are selling recently, then just wait. If there is a confirmed fact of delivery (according to information from USPS, UPS or Canada Post), then it will defrost faster.
Customer feedback is irrelevant here. The buyer can leave nothing at all. As many do.
