How to find out what or with what “gadgets” for AutoCAD a DWG file is made? Unfortunately, there is no way to attach the file itself.

clarify the question, please, like *.dwg is a standard AUTOCAD extension, it should open without any bells and whistles ... or do you mean how to find out in which version of AUTOCAD the file was created?

A well-formulated question is half the answer.
The essence of the problem is not clear. As I understand it, the file is not opening? Check your autocad version. Or try opening it with alternative programs (eg LibreCAD, freeware). Or maybe the file is broken.
