How to get screen centered back in KDE?

After repeatedly changing screen resolutions on Rosa Linux Desktop Fresh 2014.1 (KDE), when you press the shutdown button in the graphical environment, a window with an option to select actions (shut down, restart, etc.) began to appear off-center, from the top left, and only the edge is visible. Screenshots with the regular Ksnapshot utility began to have a huge black area, ...

Changing permissions in the KDE settings and the video card did not help. Nvidia, proprietary driver.
What can be done?
