Duplicating sound from speakers to microphone - how to fix it?

Hello! Maybe I didn't spell the title correctly, but anyway. When there is sound from the speaker output (someone is talking over the link, music or just sound), then it (the sound) is defined as if it comes from a microphone. Because of this, in Teamspeak, for example, people hear an echo. How can this be fixed? Thanks in advance. Built-in sound card (motherboard Foxconn 45GMX), I use Realtek HD drivers, because they were included in the kit.

All decided. It turns out that it was necessary to disable all inputs in the mixer through Realtek, except for the microphone. Thanks everyone.

1. In the Realtek driver settings, there is a checkbox to suppress echo.
2. When you speak into the microphone without Teamspeak, does sound come out of the speakers? Sometimes it is so configured, you can change the sound in the control panel.
