Dsl 2640u How to enter the admin panel or a piece of plastic?

There is a router D-Link DSL 2640u

I'm trying to go to the admin panel. I have already tried many different options, but in the end I get the same thing - "Failed to open the page"
Methods used:

• LAN
  
• LAN with IP and DNS settings
  
• WiFi
  
• Another comp
  
• reset
  

It is not readily thought that the "brains" of the router have flown, although in principle it, as a router, functions normally. What do you think to do?

What do you think to do?

Then use it as a router.
Or read the instructions - you never know what they could stir up.
Or is it an ISP router? Then the VEB interface may well be locked.
