Drupal update manager not working?

Modules are not updated. I cleared the cache in the cache_update database, it does not help. Hosting rucenter. I have two sites, the problem is on both sites. Recently, in the hosting settings, I switched from php 5.2 to 5.3, but this should not have affected the performance of this module. Tell me where to dig?

Кажется они что то там мудят на drupal.org. У меня например не работает l10n_update. Пишет что файлы не найдены. Хотя если перейти по ссылкам, то переводы легко качаются. Ну и странно что у моего товарища все работает, переводит. Что то тут не ладное =\
