Driver AMD\ATI RADEON hd 3200 UBUNTU, how to install?

How to install AMD\ATI RADEON hd 3200 proprietary driver on linux mint 17.3 (ubuntu, linux) , 3.19 kernel , I just tried to install sudo apt-get install fglrx sinamon started in safe mode, card performance decreased noticeably, removed fglrx* as well as installed .

Try using the xf86-video-ati driver
