How to collect server resource usage statistics?

Hello. Is there a utility that could collect statistics about the use of server resources (both in general and by an individual user), and give these statistics in JSON format? It should also be possible to choose the period of statistics - for a week, a day, 3 days, etc.

It is in json - hardly.
And so - there is atop (more interactive, but there is also cli), there is acct (only cli)
Their output can be converted to the desired format if necessary, but there are hardly any ready-made scripts.
Statistics storage time and processing period is configurable.
