Dragndrop website builders - it already happened. Or maybe it's good - less code, more content?

And suddenly again Muse, Reflow, Twitter Bootstrap. A couple of manipulations and know the elements in the browser as in photoshop, combine and apply properties with effects.
Even for Android there is wix and stuff with full access to the html5/css3 provided templates.

The fashion for website builders appeared when the Internet ceased to be exotic and became a mass toy. Then the sites were created by all and sundry, especially those who are younger and more active - from shkololo to mekhmatovtsy. Or just be more active.
Then the young active ones grew up, became webmasters, went into commerce or gave up. The following young people have already received social networks for communication and entertainment. And the Internet has ceased to be exotic at all - so, a household item. The designers perished as unnecessary. Plus, against the background of sites made by professionals who were previously "younger", the designs assembled from pieces look frankly crooked. Plus, promotion began to require a lot of money or a lot of time - that is. it was no longer possible to promote something popular simply because there was nothing to do.
Now there are CMS, on their experience, the designers pulled up the functionality to an acceptable level. Search engines clog sites with black hat SEO, so promotion has become possible purely due to the quality of the content plus self-promotion through social networks. Having a website, and not just a VKontakte group, has become like a part of the gentleman's set of any company, or at least a private trader => designers are back.
But to make a website, you need to not only be able to click the mouse, but also understand something else in the design/structure/content. This is at least - according to the mind, you still need to figure out the codes yourself, finish the scripts, and monitor security. "Less code" doesn't mean more content at all - and certainly doesn't mean "better content".
So as they returned, they will turn away.
Pure IMHO.
