Downloading torrents in Europe?

I am in Europe, there was a need to use torrent trackers, but downloading torrent files is not legal / illegal, fighting for piracy, etc. how to make the provider not see that I am downloading torrents? how to keep anonymity? please advise the solution to the problem
What I'm trying at the moment:
- enabled encryption in the torrent client itself
- I'm going to use the paid VPN program "hidemy"

Mmm... I've been living in Europe for almost 6 years... I'm downloading torrents, I'm a provider.
In general, the maximum that the provider can do is to lock the resource.
I don’t know how it is in all of Europe, but in certain countries the law works in such a way that - If there is access to a resource, then nothing prevents you from using it.

There is such a torrent client called Tribler, it works on the trailer of the Tor, it encrypts traffic and bypasses the restrictions, it was created specifically for this purpose.
There is also BiglyBT, it has a very good search for other users.
