Download and install QIP or ICQ server under linux?

Friends, does anyone know any resource where all this can be downloaded and instructions on how to deploy it on a server. It is necessary for work that employees have an internal ICQ.

I once used OpenFire, even without much experience you will quickly figure it out.
Clients, respectively, all supporting the XMPP protocol (aka Jabber) QIP for example.
