Cameras connected to a modem via a twisted pair cable (LAN cable) only work within the home network range. How to connect?

In the past, there was a modem from Yota with a cable connected to it, which came from the cameras. We could not only view the cameras from the home Internet, but also connect to them, for example, from the mobile Internet, even far from home. We recently changed the provider (Connection point) and modem (from Tenda), and also connected a cable to the modem - it is possible to connect to the cameras only if you use home Internet.

Question: how to connect so that you can connect to them even from the phone's mobile Internet?

There are three options:
1) Configure IPv6 addresses for cameras
2) Forward an external port to each camera (1 port per camera)
3) Or set up a server that will, for example, forward images from all cameras.

Apparently, the external connection was made through a real (white) IP address. If you don’t know whether he was or not, look at the receipts - what exactly did you pay for. Usually, white IP is provided for a fee of 100-250 rubles. per month. When changing the provider, the white address either became different and the application needs to be reconfigured, or it does not exist at all.

The rvi cameras are powered up through the dahua cloud service. On PC software - smart pss, on phones - dmss lite.
If there is a DVR, it is better to connect it.

Most likely, the last provider had a white IP for you, rather buy / start from the current provider, because in reality there are less and less of them available
