How to SSH forward rdp behind NAT and proxy?

we have: 1) machine 1 with win7 x64 installed, it accesses the Internet through a provider with NAT, so it does not have a white IP
2) machine 2 with win7 x64 installed, it connects to the Internet through a proxy server, through port 8080.
3) leased VPS with UBUNTU 14 x32 installed, with a white IP address
We want to: use the mstsc RDP client from machine 2 to connect to machine 1 in order to manage it, such as through Team Viewer
How to set up tunnels correctly? For putty on the side of machine 2, I had to install another Proxifier to forward the connection through a proxy

Using SSH, it is convenient to forward point-to-point tunnels.
And in your situation, it is more convenient to use a VPN, such as SoftEther VPN.
