Downgrade 200 in. voltage up to 3.6 and 5 volts. with current up to 10 amps?

An interesting question has arisen.
How can you reduce the voltage from the conditional 200 volts DC to power the microcontroller and the strapping.
Mk needs 3.6 volts, and the harness is 5.
I understand that you first need to lower it to 5, and then lower it from 5 volts to 3.6 to power the mk.
But I don't understand a little what scheme to use for downgrading.
Tell me the options for boards or where to dig.
If that 200 volts will give out 18650.
The peak current on such a battery is 80-90 in theory.

Any switching power supply will start from 200 volts constant - so look for a suitable converter with the right voltage on the alik.
If you don't want an alik, just take a power supply from a pisyuk, it has all the voltages.
