Doors / Lock on a pin code with a remote pin code replacement, is there someone with such experience?

Greetings,
does anyone have experience with buying a door/lock that will be entered via a pin code?
I saw a large number of options, but for some unknown reason, everything is on the battery. Do they come with wire? For example, doors in which a lock is already sewn in, and a wire somewhere in an inconspicuous part on the right side of the door that goes into the wall.
There is such a thing?
Thanks for any information.

Why a wire?
1. Bringing a wire to the door is extra work, more difficult than just replacing the lock.
2. The door opens and closes, and the lock is usually on the door, and not on the door frame. Therefore, the wire will constantly bend, and it will have to be led from the side opposite to the castle, which again is not comme il faut.
The battery for the lock can work for a very long time, and just in case, such locks always have terminals for connecting the battery from the outside if the internal one is dead.

a smart lock must be made by yourself or by individual order. Ready-made solutions with their clouds, synchronization and other things are a hole in your house that you do not control at all.

Well, I don’t even know how reliable doors with an electronic lock can be. If there is protection against remote hacking, then of course it's in order.
