Donation collection - commercial use?

Did a search and didn't find anything specific.
I have a program that uses icons that prohibit commercial use. If I embed a message in it asking for help for the project, would that be a violation of the icon licenses?

Donate is a way to make a profit and therefore the application becomes commercial. Since it is for this purpose (obtaining commercial benefits through the application) that you insert your donate message.
If you add donate (in any form) to your application, then every time someone gives you money for using the application, some of this money will belong to the authors of the icons.
There is a violation of the ban.
I am not a lawyer, but, purely logically, I would either not use these icons, or refuse to donate.

You can also ask the authors of the icons if they consider this a violation.

In my opinion, this is not a violation.
You distribute your software under an (apparently) free license, for free. The fact that you offer to support you personally (not pay for the program!) Users - well, you have the right. This is not a payment for your program.
To clear your conscience, you can donate $ 10 to the authors of the icons)
