I receive in support of the site of a small LLC from the previous administrator. The domain turned out to be registered on a legal entity and in order to change the administrator profile (i.e. to change the owner to work from domains in a personal account), the registrar asks for an application, taxpayer identification number / checkpoint, an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, which I really don’t like ... plus the domain in the ru zone is at them 700 rubles. question is, which registrar is better to switch to?

reg.ru is still one of the best. You just need to buy not directly, but through partners. You can try to contact one of the reg.ru partners (I use the services of 2domains.ru) and clarify how to organize the renewal through it.

It is unlikely that you will be able to transfer a domain without documents and applications. Although it may be inside one registrar (for example, to 2domains.ru) it will work, but there are again documents and statements to change data ...

Usually, the change of domain registrars for legal entities is really carried out according to the company's documents, signed by the director and sealed, formally, only the permission of the current registrar to transfer to a new one is required.
At least this is a normal practice for blocking the removal of a domain / site / hosting from a company by a “bad” responsible person. This is according to my practice of working in a large Ukrainian hosting.

Domain names in the .ru zone, as well as in .su and .rf, are transferred on the basis of an application + a confirming document (TIN or OGRN). transfer to the registrar r01.ru - simple and convenient. Verified 100%. The process is described here: help.r01.ru/entry/3841/ . The transfer takes ~ a week. Based on the results of the transfer, the domain administrator will receive letters from the registrar to the administrative e-mail.
