Doesn't save document in sublime text on macos?

More recently, I started learning to code and learning programming, I bought a MacBook Air 2017 for mobility. And now I ran into such a problem, no matter how much I googled - there is nothing .. I have no
experience with macOS - from the word at all. I apologize for such a poor quality "underscreen"
