Doesn't open QT creator on windows 10 x64, what's the problem?

Please help, I'm installing the latest version of QT IDE for the fifth time already, I downloaded it from off. site for 64x version of windows. Throws an error when opening QT Creator. I'm attaching a screenshot.

Have you tried running as Administrator? As well as an option, there is a chance that there are not enough components, or vice versa, it conflicts with something.

I suspect that QtCreator under Windows is compiled by the compiler from Visual Studio. Accordingly, you need to install all sorts of Visual C Redistribute of some sort.
