Doesn't log in as a normal user, what could be?

Good afternoon, please tell me this moment.
I'm trying to log in as a regular user through Putty, when I enter the login and after the login I enter the password, putty automatically closes. What could it be?
I also created a new user with normal rights, the same picture.
When I go directly under root, everything is fine and successful.
But how can I log in as a normal user!?

@fzfx

no shell is specified in /etc/passwd, or no home directory is specified in /etc/passwd, or no home directory is created in the file system, or the home directory is not owned by a user.
