Why does the Wi-Fi connection drop after a Linux update?

Installed Linux. I decided to update through sudo apt upgrade, but after installing the update, the connection to WiFi began to break. Well, that is, every 5 minutes the Internet steadily disappears. This was not the case before the update.

What to do?

@DgDays

Problems solved through `Synaptic` by installing all the updates from there. Immediately the Internet stopped falling off.
