Does your laptop have a green screen with stripes and Wi-Fi is not working?

The Acer aspire one 720 laptop, through checks, realized that the cable, but what was the green screen with stripes then suddenly disappeared and everything was clean, then reappeared, maybe it just went away somewhere and should not be changed to a new one?
The second question, after reinstalling the OS, I installed the Wi-Fi driver, it connects to the phone that distributes it and the speed is normal, and it connects to the home router adapter once or not at all if it connects, then the speed is low, from another laptop through the home router it works fine.

The cable to the display has frayed. Over time, the screen will increasingly turn green, then turn off. If you do not want to change - do not close the laptop lid anymore, let it remain in one position.
The WiFi antenna cable runs alongside the display cable. It is reasonable to assume that it is also frayed and requires replacement / soldering.
