Hardware choice for debian?

Good morning, comrades!
I wanted to try something new recently. I downloaded debian, burned it to DVD, put it in the drive, but it doesn't want to install. My knowledge of English is not strong enough to describe the problem, but they definitely cursed the equipment there. And then a brilliant idea came to me, to assemble good hardware, more or less modern, and assemble it so that there were no dances with a tambourine during installation, so that I could devote myself completely to other, more useful things.
This is where I ask you to help me.
It seems that for starters, you need to decide on the processor.
Core i5-4670 Will such a processor fit the system?
RAM. I think that for the first time 8GB is enough.
Which manufacturer is the most reliable and stable in operation?
Video card. In general, I did not plan to use it, but over time I plan to get two PCI video capture cards to connect 8 video cameras. Do you need a good video card for this, or is the built-in processor enough to simultaneously show 8 pictures and not slow down?
Also, I plan to connect a fire and security system, it is based on AVR microcontrollers and is connected via usb.
There are usually not so many connectors on motherboards and most likely all of them will be occupied by POS and that's why a card reader would not hurt, which one is better to choose?
SSD - you definitely need it, Intel is expensive, what are good inexpensive ones, I think you need at least 200GB
+ a regular 2TB HDD (for example, Seagate), what do you say?
Well, the motherboard, so that it all rests on something, and does not lie in boxes, here I don’t know what to write at all ...

They forgot to say here that Linux is not very friendly with AMD / ATI video cards, so it's better to take NVidia products if possible.
As a system, it is better to choose Linux Mint - it can be a good choice for those who have not worked with Linux before. Solid GUI + compatibility with repositories for Ubuntu.

1. Disk AND with Debian? you only need the first install disk to install
2. Debian is not nearly as demanding as you imagine
3. About video capture: if you want to switch to Linux, then start with Ubuntu. It will be easier to find everything: software, support and mana (especially for specific equipment like yours)
Learn English and read mana))) in Linux without this it will be very difficult

PS Upper right corner (CSS section). And yet, I strongly do not recommend using HTML-4 attributes and switching to CSS already.
