Does Yandex close access through DNS Cloudflare?

DoH Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) is installed in Google Chrome. With this setting, it is impossible to access disk.yandex.ru. If you change DNS to Google's or disable DoH altogether, then everything becomes normal. I can’t understand: is this the principled position of Yandex or has there been some kind of temporary failure?

This is someone's failure.
Compare the output
nslookup disk.yandex.ru 8.8.8.8
and
nslookup disk.yandex.ru 1.1.1.1
My cloudflare does not give iPv4, but Google gives ...
After receiving the IP, DoH is no longer involved in the connection.

DNS updated, now everything should work.

Since it is impossible to say (and Yandex will never be recognized) - consider that this is his position - it will be easier.
