A regular map in Yandex.Maps with an office address was created in the constructor.
Its code has been added to the site - https://unibus.ru/kontakty/
An absolutely ordinary card. But it is loaded with a lag of 2-3 seconds.
Nowhere else on other sites have I seen such a delay, everywhere Yandex maps are loaded almost instantly.
Tell me, please, what could be wrong? Does not depend on the browser or platform - everywhere with a delay.

Load the map when it is NEEDED, and not just to be.
especially since we are talking about the Yandex card, thanks to the huge array of students wiping their pants in the Yanda offices.
