Does Watsap keep received media files on iPhone after deletion?

Hello. Media files were received in whatsapp on an iPhone. After viewing, they were immediately deleted (long tap on the message - delete - delete from me). Because of this, they didn’t have time to back up anywhere - neither to the smartphone’s media library, nor to the backup copy of the vatsap.

Does watsap store these files somewhere in its hidden databases on the phone? Can these files be somehow pulled out - for example, with some special software? Or with a jailbreak?

I won’t say anything about the applephone, but if you connect an ordinary phone to a computer, you can scan it for deleted files through R-Studio. It is not true that it will be possible to restore.
