Including duplicate contacts from WhatsApp. In the "Contacts" application, you can choose which contacts to show and which not, then there are no duplicates, everything is fine, but for the 77-year-old owner of the device, it is too complicated (unlike the "Phone" program). The settings of the "Contacts" program are alien to the understandable owner of the "Phone", sorting can only be enabled in the application with busts on the icon.
