Does VLC slow down on your mac?

A few months ago, I noticed such a thing that the remapping in VLC in macOS began to work extremely disgustingly. Impossible to accurately position/move the video to the right place, even .mp3 files. It shifts too much depending on the duration of the video - if you move it a little, it can move away from the desired position for a minute or two or more. Is it just me or does it happen to everyone? After that, I began to search, try different players, but none can compare with VLC for me in terms of convenience and quality of work. If you have this player installed, please take a look to see if your position is normal.

VLC after a certain update began to work poorly with some of the files, even when playing. Accordingly, when positioning - the same glitches, even worse.
