Does traffic affect search results?

Let's say I set up a link to my site on another site. About 400 people go to my site per day. How much will this affect his position in the SERP? And what else can you advise?
PS The site is a service, i.e. information on it remains unchanged. Therefore, optimization by the content update method will not work for my site. Do not ask for a link, because the site has not yet been uploaded to the hosting.
