Does the ZONA program have hidden mining?

Good afternoon. I watch movies through the ZONA program and noticed that even when folded, it eats 350MB of memory. There are suspicions that the program is secretly mining my processor.
Is it possible to find out somehow?
Is it possible to turn this off somehow?

She herself suffered from hidden mining. The computer hung, did not react at all, could not even reboot itself, I had to turn it off and on again. And so almost every hour. As a result, I came to the conclusion that it was most likely that someone was mining on my computer, this is now a common problem. I reinstalled Windows and everything was fine. But how to protect yourself from this is not clear. Like Yandex. The browser will now fight against stealth mining https://remteh.pro/blog/yandeksbrauzer-zashishaet-... .

ZONA saves some recently watched movies to your computer, like it makes them hidden.
If you go to the start menu, control panel, folder options "explorer options" in the VIEW section at the very bottom, check the box "show hidden files, folders and drives" you can find these movies.
In minimized mode, ZONA acts as a torrent client, which it actually is only with a player attached to it. In other words, she's giving away these hidden films. Therefore, it eats your traffic. In the ZONA settings, you can limit the upload speed.
