Does the use of the Microsoft Excel icon on the site, a photo of a laptop model, violate copyright?

The site has Microsoft Excel icons, PDFs, and photos of several laptops. Can I use these pictures or should I buy on photo jars?

Excel and PDF icons are freely available.
Photos of laptops, usually such materials are also available for free on the manufacturer's website in the sections for the press, etc. so you don't have to pay either.
