The program is not allowed in the AppStore?

I wrote a program for ios to watch TV channels online, in particular Russian ones.
The program works, everything is fine, but when I uploaded it to the AppStore, my program was rejected with reason 8.5.
As I understand it, the problem is that in the program I used the icons and logos of television channels, to
which I do not have rights.
They wrote to me that if I want my program to get into the Appstore, I need to provide documents
confirming the rights to use this content.
There are many similar programs in the AppStore and the number of channels in some reaches more than 60 and I do not think that their owners received permission to use each of them separately.
How can I solve this issue, can anyone come across something similar?

Alternatively, you can load icons on the fly and cache them locally.
Before verification and approval, give safe icons, after publishing, give already normal ones (at the same time, provide for the possibility of resetting the cache).

If an application exists in the App Store, this does not mean that it would pass all the requirements if it were launched there today. Often such applications cannot be updated because some rules of the App Store have changed.
I think that you need to either replace the icons with something else (for example, just inscriptions), or deal with the documents that Apple asks for.

Forgive me for asking, I'm not sure I'm on the right track. question - does Apple also carefully check updates to programs? that is, the idea is this, release version 1.0 in the appstore, in half an hour version 1.1 with the correct icons already. and no one will notice. or is it not possible?
