Does the term "colour/colorfulness" only apply to CMYK, or maybe to Pantone as well?

Does the term "chroma/colorfulness" only apply to CMYK, or maybe to Pantone as well? (In CMYK it's 4+0, 4+4, 1+1, etc.)
Is there a similar term for the Pantone palette?
Thanks in advance for your replies.

Examples given "In CMYK it's 4+0, 4+4, 1+1, etc." make it clear that we are talking about ordering prints from a printing house and their prices.
Printing with spot colors is usually considered differently and costs more because additional preparation is required: a mixture of dyes, preparation of plates, etc. Therefore, with Pantone they usually print rather large print runs of 2000 copies.
The term "colour/colourfulness" should definitely be used for Pantone printing as well. The number of colors involved directly affects the price and the requirements for the car. If the design involves more than 4 colors, you will also have to look for a printer with a machine that supports more colors.
You can say "4 + 0" about printing with Pantone colors. Just make sure you understand correctly that the print will be spot colors.

There is a change in concepts. If it is important that the colors after printing match the given pantone colors, then this is one thing. And the number of colors when printing is completely different. The first is the requirement for the output product, and the second is the description of the technical process.
