Does the server crash periodically?

Good afternoon. Installed Ubuntu server 14 in a virtual machine. Access via SSH and FTP periodically disappears, although the virtual machine itself is running. What could be the problem?
VirtualBox,
virtual machine host - windows7,
Network connection type - Network bridge

This sometimes happens just with bridges. Try reinstalling the drivers for the virtual interface.
