If the site is Metrica or Google Analytics, and the visitor logged in with VPN turned on, the region is, for example, England. And then, without leaving the site, let's say after 2 minutes, the VPN turns off, and let's say its real IP is from the Russian Federation.
Will his essentially new IP be recorded in Metrica or Google Analytics, or will England remain?
And the second question: if more than 30 minutes have passed, and the visit in Metrica will be a new one, then in this case - will the old region (England) be preserved or will it be replaced by a new one (Russia)?
