Does the output data have to match?

When withdrawing funds from the exchange (be it upwork, freelancer or toptal), is it necessary that the profile data on the exchange match the profile data of the method you are withdrawing to? Or is it possible, for example, to withdraw to a friend / mother's card, etc.? And if so, are there any "buts"?

On Upwork, you cannot change the recipient's name for a wire transfer (substitutes the full name from the profile) and email for output to paypal, for example. Most likely it will not be possible to withdraw to someone else's card - at some stage it will pop up.

On paypal, only the email should match, and there you can make out to anyone
