Does the new Nokia really have android?

I felt a novelty in the store, in the section the android operating system does not appear.
Where to enter the Google account, it is not clear.
Hence the question, is it possible to run a stock android on these devices, or is the operating system still its own and just allows you to install android applications, as it was with Blackbury?

These phones run Android from the AOSP (Android Open Source Project). But there is no full compatibility with Android applications, because. cut out all services that are in any way connected with Google. Therefore, if an application uses integration with Google services, then it needs to be redesigned using the Nokia API.

@Sterhel

There is some kind of android with its own market.
There is no full synchronization with a Google account. Without root, of course.
