Does the network keep dropping out?

The office has 6 computers in the local network. There is a zyxel keenetic 4g router and a dlink switch. they drive scans, documents and 1s over the network. But 2 times a day, the grid falls steadily. You connect the router directly, it starts working. You reboot both a switch and a router some times, starts to work. The switch and the router have already been changed twice, the problem remains. (All addresses are issued by DHCP and all computers receive addresses correctly) There are no problems with the equipment. Maybe there is a problem in the software? Maybe someone met with such a problem?

Switch and router changed from the same to the same?
What vendor?
Have you even tried updating the firmware?
Well and yes, the administrator should be engaged in it.

I had this problem when I was young. Also changed all network active. Look for a faulty network card that shits on the network. Not a rare problem.
