Good afternoon, maybe the question is stupid, but mb someone will advise the standards of the provider for Ukraine with a dynamic IP.
You need the ability to quickly change IP and actually a large number of IPs themselves.
According to reviews in Google - all providers are Bottom, but someone from experience will tell you.
I looked towards Frigate, but in their support they answered that they only have a few hundred IPs, which is not enough for me. (I would like at least a couple of thousand)
PS VPN options are expensive, you can probably use free proxies, but among them there are a lot of non-working ones, it takes a lot of time to search / search for working proxies.
now I use Di-lan (provider Bottom and IP statics only)

According to my observations - it all depends on how the cables are laid and the connections are made.
This is my friend You needed to buy AS + PI 10 years ago. But no one sells them to RIPE anymore. You can rent addresses from large backbone providers, like colocall, ukrtelekom, etc.
But if you are a spammer, then hardly anyone will risk their networks

With what joy does the operator have to give you so many IPs? For your requests, you need hosting, they give you IP for rent, you want
