Does the length of the twisted pair from the router matter?

Good afternoon.
All like many.
1) Rostelecom
2) Optics to the apartment
And here already - the nuances.
Please tell me whether it matters (whether it will affect the speed) the length of the twisted pair cable from the router to which the signal comes via optics.
1) Option number 1. You can install the router at a distance of 1 meter from the PC, and then the length of the twisted pair will, of course, be 1 meter.
2) Option number 2 (more aesthetically) The router will be installed at a distance of 9 meters from the PC, then the length of the twisted pair will be 9 meters, respectively.
Will there be a significant difference in speed between these options?
Thank you!

The difference will be only in one case - the twisted pair will exceed the allowable link length, i.e. will be over 100m. Then it just won't work.
