Does the HP DL380G7 server warranty extend for the repair period?

Good afternoon.
I appeal to those who have come across: since July 29, 2013, we have actually decommissioned the HP DL380G7 server in production. The HP representatives still can't find the problem. During this period, everything was replaced (excluding the HDD and the case) several times. The server is located physically in the DC in the rack. The replacement itself is made by HP engineers, after which we test the server under load.
Because the problem does not appear immediately, but approximately once every two weeks, then the timing of the check is appropriate. The problem with the server has not been resolved so far, they refuse to completely change it. The warranty ends in July 2014.
Question: if HP makes it through its repairs until the end of the warranty period, then refuses to carry out warranty work, what should I do? The RFP law says that the warranty for the period of repair is extended. But here the relations of legal entities, and this law, as far as I know, is applicable to individuals. To a direct question about this situation, they did not receive an unambiguous answer:
"During the repair of the server, the guarantee does not stop, until there were similar cases in my practice and the guarantee did not stop. This question is not entirely within my competence,
but I will try to clarify with my colleagues how We can look into this situation." - this is a quote from the correspondence with the engineer who guides us.
