How to open the lock using ios 8?
There is an electro-mechanical motorized CISA lock in the garage (if you give it a signal over the wire, it will slowly open or close). Is it possible to implement using it and an iPhone with ios 8 on board, the following schemes:
1. A family member enters the entrance. The software on the home server determines the appearance of an authorized user on the home network by checking the ip and mac addresses of wi-fi and bluetooth adapters, and in the ideal case, also checking the keys with the program on the phone - the lock opens.
2. A family member enters the entrance. He takes out his phone from his pocket. The program shortcut is already lit on the lock screen, he presses, enters a password or scans his finger - the lock opens.
Do I need ibeacon for this? Is there something similar in home-kit?

The question is too broad. It needs to be divided into several steps:
1. How to control the CISA lock from the server? (Is it already connected to something? A relay that can be controlled by IP or raspberyPI from a relay?)
2. What does an entrance mean? Is there Wifi and how far is this place from the server. Bluetooth will reach the server?
In general, Wifi and Bluetooth take time to connect. It's not very convenient to stand in front of the door and wait for WiFi to appear (for example, I need 30 seconds)
For example, I open via NFC. When my phone is unlocked (I have a fingerprint) then I can bring the phone to the NFC tag and the Tasker App will work, which calls the HTTP link of the home server. And on this link, the server knows that it is necessary to open the lock and sends a command to open it. To call the link, you need to know the password from the home WiFi or the password from the Web server that controls the house.
On iPhone, iBeacon can play the role of NFC (as far as I understand)
