Does the computer turn off when logging into a Windows account?

Good afternoon!
When I sign in to my Windows 10 account, my computer turns off.
I boot through safe mode - the same thing. Removed everything from startup.
If you choose another account, everything works, all accounts have administrator rights.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem?

Someone joked and added to the task scheduler - turn off the computer when the user logs in.

Autoload is not everything, look in running services, it may work that way.
Ps There are several ways to check what and how: 1) Task Manager, "Startup" tab; 2) Settings - Applications - Startup; 3) In the registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Run (current user) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Run (for all users) 4) Task Scheduler 5) Autoruns program from Microsoft Sysinternals can show that and like 6) CCleaner was also not done with a finger.

Get another user and work under it, transfer your data to a new profile.
You can also reset your profile to zero, without changing the user.
