Does the computer turn off after this operation?

After the computer is turned on, some files are analyzed, each file says "drivers" and "system"
Then an inscription appears. It says the amount of my RAM and something else. I also remember "Multiprocessor" at the end. There were 2 lines of words. Then my PC turned off.
