Does the computer take a VERY long time to wake up from hibernation?

Gentlemen, I ask for help in solving this problem: a desktop computer with Win7 wakes up from hibernation for about 10-15 minutes. All this time the monitor works and shows the animated Win logo. Most notable: the work of the hard drive. In normal mode, its activity light is on brightly when accessing the hard drive. And when you exit hibernation, the light bulb seems to work with a high frequency of on-off cycles, flickering dimly.
This hibernation problem does not depend on running programs before putting the computer to sleep, everything repeats even if the computer was freshly rebooted. Updating chipset drivers didn't help. I suspect that the problem is software, but I have no idea what it could be.

It could also be a problem with the screw. If it is an HDD, try to scan it for bad blocks. And also look at what they write in SMART.

Sorry for the phrase that bothers everyone, but the option is like “reinstall Windows.”
If you are interested in the essence of the problem, then look at the memory dump, you can try to increase it, or defragment the disk, or really look for a problem in the software. Suppose the same antivirus that checks some highly compressed archive before turning blue can interfere (for this we disable the antivirus service, and not its shell)

During hibernation, the memory dump is dumped into a single file of contiguous space, i.e. not fragmented like a swap file. Boot from LiveCD and check SMART HDD with any utility, delete hibernation file from HDD. When you boot, Windows will create it again and most likely in a new location. Check the result.
Good luck.

Be sure to check your hard drive. My W7 did not report anything even with a normal reboot, and as a result, I barely had time to copy the files. If the hard drive is more than 3 years old, then the probability of its failure increases significantly.

Check for viruses, install all updates on the OS, remove unnecessary installed software, defragment the disk.
option two is to buy an ssd already and install a clean OS on it.
even on an ssd from the year before last, that the time of a cold start, that the exit from hibernation will be a couple of seconds.
well, and other profits like instant launch of a browser with a couple of dozen tabs

The same problem was with Windows 7 after changing the motherboard and processor (fx-8300 + mb ASUS m5a97)! The reboot worked fine, but there was a problem with the exit from hibernation .. the computer hung at the moment the Windows logo appeared, the light was barely noticeable and slowed down for a minute or two, then the hdd light turned on brightly and loading in a couple of seconds in normal mode. It costs ssd for the system.
Updating drivers, Bios did not help. Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 do not have this problem.
I suffered for a long time, eventually switched to 10ku!
